Glamour Photography in Albuquerque

This was my second time visiting Albuquerque to create imagery with the ladies there, and I can’t wait to return there next month! From Hollywood Glam-style in-studio to on-location cosplay, these sessions were so much fun. Thank you to Venus, Annie, Holly, Mayo, and Ave for shooting with. me! I’ll be back in Albuquerque for the New Mexico Burlesque Festival next month, if you want to shoot with me, you can learn more and sign up here!

Looking Back on 2018 | Boudoir and Glamour Photography

2018 was quite a year! I did 127 photo shoots, including boudoir, pinup, burlesque, couples, and even some weddings! Sessions took place indoors, outdoors, in abandoned locations, in my home studio, and in beautiful private homes - as well as swanky hotel rooms. I even had one session take place in a science lab and another at the Denver Botanical Gardens! I photographed boudoir beauties, burlesque queens, dark fairies, all manner of spooky folks, Beetlejuice, and even Santa Claus. I traveled to Nashville, Dallas, Hot Springs, Los Angeles, Florida, Montreal, and Albuquerque, while my personal travels took me to Iceland and Italy.

I want to send a huge thank you to every single person who got in front of my camera this year. I am so grateful to you for trusting me with your imagery, and I have had the best time creating with all of you. I am looking forward to another year full of amazing clients, collaborators, friends, and creatives.

Shan in the Airbnb | Boudoir Denver

One of the most common questions I get is: “Where should I take my boudoir photos?” While there are many options, including your home, my studio, or even outdoors, renting an Airbnb for boudoir photos is becoming more and more common. This particular Airbnb shooting location had a gorgeous Edison chandelier above the dining table, so Shan and I decided to take advantage of the moodiness! Moody boudoir photography is one of my favorites styles to do… Enjoy!

Red Satin Sheets: Brooke | Nashville Boudoir Photographer

I love photographing boudoir in hotel rooms. One of my favorite hotels to shoot at in Nashville has the most gorgeous decor, and my client Brooke brought her own special touch: red satin sheets. With her dark hair and likeness to a young Angelica Huston, Brooke gave off edgy bombshell vibes. These photos were used in a custom album for her fiancé; something tells me he was happy with the results. I also love the idea of shooting in red or emerald satin sheets for the holidays…any takers?
