The Fairy Tale Revival Project is La Photographie’s mission to bring feminine mythology back into the light—with YOU.

For over 18 years, La Photographie has been helping people discover their inner magic—but 2026 marks the beginning of something bigger: a movement.

We’re taking the archetypes we grew up with—Queens, Witches, Wild Maidens, Warriors, Goddesses—and rewriting them with power, depth, and truth. Because the world doesn’t need more docile princesses. It needs bold women who know their worth!

We are creating a limited-edition Fairy Tale Art Storybook at the end of 2026—featuring one portrait from every participant, each representing their chosen archetype.

When you apply, you’re contributing to a larger story—one that uplifts community, art, fantasy, and healing.

DETAILS:

  • As a thank-you for joining the Fairy Tale Movement, your session fee is completely waived (normally $500). You’ll also receive $500 credit toward any collection as a participant.

  • Fairy Tale sessions take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays from March through September 2026 at my Stratford, Connecticut studio.

  • You’ll have full access to the studio accessories closet to complete your chosen Fairy Tale look.

  • A non-refundable $125 retainer is required within 4 hours of acceptance. This officially locks in your session date.

  • All images and products are sold separately, giving you complete flexibility to choose the artwork you love most.

  • Participation Requirement - Because this is a community project, a limited model release is required.
